How do you like to do to make highly clear and accurate line projection in distance? Not simply relying on any manual or mechanical line aligning device, it is just a quite nice solution to make use of a 10mW red line laser module. It projects moderate brightness red laser light directly from 650nm red laser diode. However, under operation with separate crystal lens with different fan angle, it generates non Gaussian distribution red laser beam and extremely fine red line projection in distance.
This 10mW red line laser module is only adopting quite small size tube diameter of 16mm. Designed with durable 16mm diameter aluminum alloy housing tube, being made with enough space leaving for metal heat sink cooling system and APC, ACC driving circuit board. It gets superior nice thermal emitting and thermal conductivity, which is able to work with increasing stability in constant use. Under proper installation and adjustment of laser line thickness and line targeting direction, correct lens degree made red laser module achieves no mistake line projection in distance effectively.
